Directions:
From NYS Thruway/Major Deegan:
Exit for Yonkers Avenue westbound.
Yonkers Avenue becomes Nepperhan at large tan brick church and
swings to the left.
Just after third traffic light at New Main Street, make right into
Government Center Parking Garage. Proceed to top level.
Garden is to the north of the main entrance to City Hall.
