The new co-op owners of "The Encore" building at 35-37 Hudson Street hosted a "Meet and Greet" for businesses and the community on February 7th.
In addition to the wonderful new tenants, Lois Herzberg of the Riverfront Library signed up folks for library cards, Kimberly Adams Flook of Philipse Manor Hall distributed applications for the free community gallery at
the Manor Hall, the YPD was represented by Capt. DiMaggio and Sgt. Campanini, Yonkers City Council President Chuck Lesnick and Majority Leader McDow attended
as did Joan Jennings of the YDWBID, along with Steve Asaro (architect), Barbara Vlahopoulos (Heart and Soul), Jacqueline Bouet (The Loft), Bob Sturtevant of Academy Bus and Lisa Loeb of Weichert Realtors.
